Our client relationships very very often transcend “work”. It’s a fact. We have clients who’ve become friends and friends who’ve become clients. It’s way beyond transactional. Perhaps the greatest joy in being a Realtor (at least for me) is hearing your Buyer voice the dream (“the Christmas tree could go there”) and then getting a picture of the Christmas tree in that exact spot several years later. 🎄
This is one of the reasons why we believe that the letter-to-seller can be a valuable tool in the offer process. It rarely helps a lower offer get accepted but it almost always does its job of communicating that an offer is more than a number on paper. It’s a person, it’s a couple or it’s a a family …and it’s their dreams.
