📌 Things I learned from taking a listing outside of the Toronto 416:
🚩 Client love is a thing. When I am referred to sell in the 905 and my sellers trust, communicate and share laughs through all the chaos, the number of kilometres I must drive is irrelevant ❤️
🚩 Cheap never pays off. I paid extra to haul the team up there. Thank you to @nestingshome & @sage.designstudio & @birdhousemedia for making all of our listings look dynamite. 🙏
🚩You haven’t truly experienced real estate negotiation until you’re doing it in Peel. My phone bill & text threads present as proof 🤪
🚩 My sellers were warned that a non local agent couldn’t sell up there. Not only did we, but our sold price was the 5th highest freehold in Northwest Brampton for 2023. 👊🏻
