It’s no secret. While the freehold market soared upwards through 2020, the DT condo market did the opposite in the final quarter. Fall 2020 was not kind to my sellers. It was as if everyone had gone or everyone was waiting. But thank goodness for patience, because a shift happened that I got to witness first hand with this property. 2021 hit and yes, despite a lockdown and stay at home order we saw an almost comically huge increase in showings. We had so many showings book for after Jan 1st in fact that we decided to invest in a new stage — which began loading in 10 min before we officially sold it. 🤦🏼♀️🤣 Here’s a picture so we can all appreciate the mad talent of @nestingshome that never made its way to MLS.
