POP THE CHAMPAGNE 🥂
I’m delighted to report that at (very) long last, this beautiful hard loft at the Boiler Factory has now sold firm. I knew from the get-go that there would be challenges to selling this baby but its wicked coolness & brick & beam swagger lassoed me in. 🤠🤣 Selling luxury million+ property stigmatized by its surroundings is no joke. While the corner of Queen E and Sherbourne is soon to be transformed by master-planned new condo builds and an Ontario Line station, it’s hard to sell that vision when three of the city’s largest shelters are kitty-corner to it & the park across the street becomes one of the largest Covid tent sites downtown. We did it though. Cheers to patience, fantastic client relationship and new beginnings.
