What a HAPPY sale. ❤️ Buyer lost out last week at another of my listings. Delighted to not have to make that ‘you-didn’t-win’ call for a second time. Seller had previously had this on the market with another agent for months, couldn’t sell it, and then put his trust in me. Elated that we not only sold it for more than the prior stale expired price, but $35,000 MORE. Whoop!
